Conditions
Please note that most menu items have minimums. Dates cannot be held without a deposit. These conditions ensure smooth service for all of our clients.
Tax
Sales tax is 7.0%
Service Fee
A 17% service fee will apply to all catered events for labor charges.
Delivery
Delivery charge is based on distance and the amount of product. A second charge will be incurred if our staff returns to your site for equipment. Delivery times are arranged on a first contracted basis.
Staff Rates
The per hour rate for staff follows: Servers - $25, Carvers/Chefs - $35, Bartenders - $25.
Payment
A deposit may be required upon placing your order. The balance is due in cash, check or major credit card. Credit cards need approval prior to delivery.
Contracts
There is no charge for proposals or contracts. Final guest counts are typically due 10 days prior to the event. More may be added at that time, but there may be a charge for lessening the guest count.
Staffing
Servers, Bartenders, Supervisors and other Staff are available depending on the date. Our staff uniform consists of tuxedo shirt, bow tie, black dress trousers, black dress shoes and a bistro apron. Holiday uniforms or costumes upon request.
Cancellation
The following cancellation policy will apply to food or service orders that do not have a contracted cancellation clause.
- Cancellations MUST be phoned in to our office and will be confirmed.
- Orders may be canceled, with penalty, by 3:30 P.M. the day prior to the event.
- Same day cancellations will be charged full price.
For groups 25 to 99: Any cancellation received 2 workdays prior to the event date will result in a charge of 50% of the total bill. Cancellations on the day of the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total bill.
For groups above 100: Any cancellations received 4 working days prior to the event will result in a charge of 30% of the total bill. Cancellations received 2 workdays prior to the event will result in a charge of 50% of the total bill. Cancellations within 24 hours of the event will result in a charge of 100% of the total bill.
*The cancellation charge shall be due within 5 days after the original scheduled date of the event.
